* The price is FIXED. Negotiation of price will not be entertained.

* Price quoted is excluded shipping charges. Shipping costs to be borne by buyer.

* Accessories not included unless stated.

* If you are too fussy about color/size/pattern/material, please don't place the order. We are not responsible for any material problem (e.g. Material too thick/thin, color different from the picture, size too big/small and etc problem).

* For high demand items, priority will be given for buyers who make the payment first.

* Once payment is made/we confirmed your order, buyer is not allowed to change/cancel order. Please think carefully before you place the order and make payment.

* Your item(s) will be sent out the next day (except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday) after we received your payment. Cut-off time to send us notification on payment will be 9.00 p.m. (Sunday - Thursday).

* All sales are FINAL. Goods sold are NEW and in good condition and not returnable, refundable nor exchangeable unless it was defected item. (Must inform us within 24 hours when parcel received and return the item within 2 business days from the day informed). We are not held responsible for item lost during return shipping. We are recommend that you send your return via a reliable carrier to ensure that it reached us. Returned item must be in their original packaging (uncut-tag, label and packaging bag).

* All items are send thru POS LAJU only. Please ensure there is someone to collect the parcel when it arrives.
