(Must inform us within 24 hours when parcel received and return the item within 2 business days from the day informed). We are not held responsible for item lost during return shipping. We are recommend that you send your return via a reliable carrier to ensure that it reached us. Returned item must be in their original packaging (uncut-tag, label and packaging bag).
